News Hinamatsuri Super-Powered Yakuza Comedy Manga Gets TV Anime Next Spring
Masao Ohtake's story of super-powered girl living with young yakuza member

A television anime adaptation of Masao Ohtake's Hinamatsuri manga has been green-lit for a Spring 2018 premiere.







The comedy manga centers around a super-powered girl named Hina and Nitta, a young member of the yakuza. Hina suddenly appears in Nitta's room and threatens him with her extraordinary powers. However, they end up living together.

Ohtake launched the manga in Enterbrain's Fellows! magazine in 2009, and the manga moved to Fellows! magazine's successor Harta. Kadokawa's imprint Enterbrain will publish the manga's 13th compiled book volume on Friday.
