Nintendo began streaming an overview trailer for its Super Mario Odyssey Nintendo Switch game on Friday in Japanese and English. The video also shows gameplay with Cappy and some of the game's special features, including minigames and Snapshot Mode, where players can take photos in-game.

In the game, Mario leaves the Mushroom Kingdom to "go on a new sandbox-style journey" across different worlds with his eyed hat "Cappy." There is also a two-player mode, where players can assume the role of Mario and Cappy, and an Assist Mode, where arrows will help guide players to reach their destinations.

The game will be available worldwide on October 27.
