For the first time, Ayanna Jackson—the woman who accused Tupac of rape 25 years ago—is speaking out on camera regarding the event that led to the rapper's imprisonment.

Jackson claimed that she first saw Tupac at New York City's Nell's Nightclub when she was either 18 or 19.

"I was within the establishment." He approached me from behind while I was enjoying some champagne. That evening, I wore jeans. He then put his hands in my jeans' rear pockets. We moved from the VIP area into the nightclub so we could dance," she said to VladTV.

According to Jackson, Tupac attempted to convince her to have oral sex with him while they were dancing. They returned to a hotel room and had consensual sex, despite her refusal.

After they kept meeting, he invited her to a hotel room at the Parker Meridien on November 18, 1993.

The evening of the purported rape

Jackson remembered walking into a bedroom and asking her to give him a massage, leaving behind a bunch of his pals. He drew her into a kiss as she straddled him, and then his companions came over and began to make comments about her body.

She said Tupac grabbed her hair to keep her face close to his when Jackson tried to turn around.

"I can't move around physically because he has his hand in my braids," she recalled.

Tupac allegedly said to her at that point, "These are my boys." I choose to share you with them because I adore you so much.

Jackson described how she tried to flee and told them "no," but that was not enough to stop Tupac and three of his cronies from raping her and ripping off her dress.

Tupac was found guilty of first-degree sexual abuse after Jackson accused him of rape. He was given a four-and-a-half-year sentence, of which he served nine months.

Up until the day of his passing, Tupac persisted in denying any wrongdoing.
