I hope its not as bad as it seems but something about a 9-yr age difference between a high schooler and a doctor that has been going on for years (like a 20 yr old looking at an 11 yr old as a romantic partner as evidenced by his overprotective nature) just screams pedophile grooming tendencies. I couldnt read past the first chapter.
