This manga kinda pissed me off lol. Basically, you get a creepy, perverted virgin looking old man MC, who is op af (which is not a bad thing, I always love op characters in isekai); a harem protagonist as a side character, which is one of the things that frustrated me the most, especially when they even have an orgy as well. pretty much everything that irks me in isekai manga's are in this book.
