One of the biggest lingering plot threads from 2016’s DC Universe: Rebirth one-shot is the mystery surrounding the revelation that there’s not just one, but three versions of The Joker in the DC Universe. Yesterday, Geoff Johns and Jason Fabok shared new details about and art from their anticipate Batman: Three Jokers series with an enthusiastic New York Comic Con crowd. One of the biggest revelations was the character design sheets, which show off the three different Jokers’ looks and make perfectly clear which era each is from (Original Joker, Killing Joke and Classic ’60s Joker)), as well as Batman and Batgirl’s decidedly Silver Age costumes. The creative team also shared a glimpse of what to expect when readers crack the covers open on the series, debuting a handful of panels from the story.
