Manga by bara manga creator slated for spring 2018, 1st chapter previewed The official Twitter account for Digital Manga Inc.'s Juné imprint revealed on Thursday that bara (men's love) manga creator Sakira is launching an exclusive project with Juné for a manga titled Ore Miko!. The manga is slated for a spring 2018 release, and the first chapter is available to preview on Juné's site. Juné also announced that its release of Junko's Return of the Prince (Ōji no Kikan) manga is slated for November as a digital release, with a print version to be released at a later date. DC Collectibles has unveiled its full list of June 2018 releases, in addition to hi-res images of each brand-new collectible. Among many other goodies, Summer 2018 will bring new Batman Black & White figures based on versions of the Caped Crusader by Jim Lee, Greg Capullo and Bob Kane. Additionally, a DC Designer Series Statue of Batman, as he appears in the Dark Nights: Metal event series drawn by Greg Capullo, will see release. Rounding out the releases are DC Artists Alley Designer Vinyls boasting the likenesses of DC’s Trinity, in addition to a Joker cane prop and a new statue based on Jae Lee’s Harley Quinn. New stage play based on anime features returning director, actors A new stage play adaptation of Production I.G's Joker Game spy anime series has been green-lit. The play will run at Theater 1010 in Tokyo from June 14-20, and at Mielparque Hall in Osaka from June 23-26. Daisuke Nishida is returning to direct and write the script. The play will star returning actor Masashi Taniguchi as Lieutenant Colonel Yūki. The previous stage play adaptation, pictured below, ran from May 4 to 7 earlier this year. The anime itself is an adaptation of Kōji Yanagi's novel of the same name. The original novel is set in 1937, before World War II begins in earnest. Lieutenant Colonel Yūki of the Imperial Japanese Army forms the "D Agency," an army intelligence outfit under his command and tutelage.
