I started reading this thinking it was some sort of easy going fantasy slice of life... HOLY SHIT. What in the actual fuck is going on?!?! I don't understand, like, is everytihng and everyone a monster, or ar they people that in the eyes of others look like monsters? what's their real form? dude sees everyone as people, but his teacher sees almost everyone as monsters. I NEED AN EXPLANATION.
