Houston-based company Sentai Filmworks launched a GoFundMe campaign on Friday to assist its staff members following Hurricane Harvey. All donations will go to employees whose homes have been damaged or lost as a result of the hurricane. The company's message is as follows: Dear Anime Community, Hurricane Harvey has wreaked devastation on our beloved Houston and adversely affected numerous Sentai employees. Many have been left homeless, car-less, or have been displaced seeking refuge elsewhere. Please help us get our Sentai Team back on its feet and raise $500,000 to assist our employees and their families in this time of need. 100% of donations will go directly to affected employees. Film premieres in L.A. on September 5, across U.S. in October Sentai Filmworks began streaming an English-dubbed trailer for the No Game, No Life Zero film on Friday. Sentai Filmworks will premiere the film with an English dub at the Los Angeles Anime Film Festival on September 15, and in Japanese with English subtitles the day after. The film will then screen in select U.S. theaters with Japanese audio and English subtitles on October 5 at 7:00 p.m. local time and then with the English dub on October 8 at 12:55 p.m. local time. The screenings will be accompanied by special footage of members of the cast and crew. Azoland Pictures is handling theatrical distribution. Dub cast members — including Scott Gibbs, Caitlynn French, Shannon Emerick, and Kira Vincent-Davis —are returning from the television anime.
